How to Book an Appointment
Patients can contact the practice in the following ways:
Attending the Practice (Walk-In)
You can attend the practice during opening hours to book an appointment at the reception desk.
Our team may ask you a few questions to help direct you to the most appropriate Clinician or service. This is part of our care navigation process and supports safe, effective care.
Telephone
You can call the practice to book a routine appointment.
Please note: our reception team may ask about the reason for your appointment so they can ensure you are seen by the right Clinician or service.
Online Consultation Forms
You can submit a request using our online consultation form here: https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/m91628
All online requests are reviewed on the same working day.
A Clinician will determine the most appropriate next step, which may include advice, a routine appointment, a telephone call, or signposting to another service.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:
