We have a ‘Patient Participation Group’ at the Practice which is a group of patients and members of staff that get together every three months to hold a meeting. We currently have 31 patients that have shown an interest in participating in the group and we are always welcoming new members, especially young persons.
At the meetings we gain feedback from our patients to find out what they think of the service we provide. We are always looking for suggestions and ways in which we can improve. Please speak with the Practice Manager if you would like more details on the Group.
