At the practice we comply with “The Data Protection Act 1998”.This means anything you tell us, even if you are under the age of 16, will be kept confidential. The only time we may share this information is when a patient is referred to the hospital and the consultant needs to know the patients medical history. Before we disclose any information consent will be obtained from the patient.
